RETURNS POLICY
Cancelling an Order
You have the right to return an order for any reason for up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You must inform us in writing of your intention to return your goods, then return the goods unused and safely packaged within 21 days.
You are responsible for the cost incurred by returning the goods. We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of your cancellation notice, and on receipt of the goods, but we reserve the right to charge any reasonable costs we incur in connection with the return of the goods.
HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE, we are unable to refund the cost of CUSTOMISED GUEST SOAP ORDERS.
Returning Damaged or Faulty Goods
If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you return them to us within 21 days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products. In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.
